Jay McDonald

Jay McDonald began his career at TD Capital in June of 2007 as a Portfolio Analyst. He is actively engaged in portfolio trading and implementation, and today serves as Senior Portfolio Analyst.  He oversees a variety of projects, but his primary responsibilities are monitoring and implementing investment strategies that help clients achieve their long-term goals. 

Jay has a broad range of experience in portfolio construction and execution.

Jay became an Equity Member of the firm effective January 1, 2025.

Education and Professional 

• Christian Brothers University – Bachelor of Science and Business Administration in Finance
• Series 65 license
• Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®)

Outside Interests

Jay lives in East Memphis. In his spare time, Jay enjoys golfing, the outdoors, and working on projects around the house.
