TD Capital Management LLC is a wealth management/investment advisory firm based in Memphis, TN.  The firm is a registered investment advisor with the United States Security and Exchange Commission (SEC). We are dedicated to providing comprehensive financial integration and portfolio management services to individual and families.  We also provide investment management services for pension and profit sharing plans, endowment funds, trusts, estates and charitable organizations.  We serve our diverse clientele as trusted financial advisors, currently managing over $1 billion in assets for approximately 400 individuals and entities located throughout the United States as of March 31, 2024. 

Founded in 1996, TD Capital Management LLC has from its inception been committed to focusing on the specific circumstances and objectives of each individual client.  We have intentionally chosen not to devote time and resources to formal marketing, but instead concentrate solely on serving our clients consistent with our core principles, and grow through referrals.
